GCS is a sourcing-management company that deals directly with the Chinese manufacturers. GCS works for our US customers not the Chinese suppliers. GCS does not represent or exclusively deal with any one Asian company. All of our programs are managed utilizing APQP tools including Gantt charts, status reports, and 23 element checklists. Our engineering expertise and experience is utilized to assure that all of our customers' requirements are met.

GCS has established business relationships with many reliable Chinese manufacturing companies. All of the companies that GCS deals with are, at a minimum, ISO approved. Many are QS or TS-16942 approved.

GCS carefully chooses the proper supplier to meet each of its customers’ specific needs. Your program is managed from start to finish with commonly used APQP tools including weekly status reports, Gantt charts, and open issue logs. A GCS partner will be in China for all critical stages of the product launch including the tool build, pre-PPAP sampling and the initial production run. GCS appoints a Chinese Program Manager to each program at kick off. A GCS partner will witness the testing and dimensional verification of your products and sign off on all PPAP paperwork. Samples will be air freighted to the customer for approval before any parts are shipped to the US by sea freight. After the job is successfully launched GCS’s program manager continues to monitor the normal production runs and perform quality audits of all product prior to it being packaged for shipment.

GCS's office is strategically placed so we can service and monitor all our suppliers. Our centrally located office in Jinan is easily accessible to all major China cities through its brand new airport. All GCS employees speak fluent English and mandarin Chinese. GCS maintains full time engineers and project managers in China to service and monitor all its projects. GCS also handles and arranges its own logistics through relationships we have with both Chinese and US freight companies.
